• A solid portfolio with strong design development and documentation experience
• The ability to lead a team and be responsible for project management from conception to completion
• A good knowledge of current construction techniques, methodologies and processes
• Excellent client/consultation skills
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD

The suitable candidate should possess;

• A degree/diploma in Interior design
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD preferred
• A sound knowledge of materials and finishes for project specifications
• Be able to demonstrate initiative throughout the design process
• A strong work ethic and organizational skills
• Excellent joinery documentation and detailing

The candidate will be required to work closely with the team leader on all stages of a project from concept through to construction including presentation documents.
