IMA were commissioned to redevelop the existing 4 storey accommodation building located on The Avenue into eight luxury apartments with magnificent views to the snow capped mountain range to the south. The building was imminently suitable for redevelopment due to its sturdy masonary wall construction and concrete floor slabs but the external appearance having to be completely altered with the addition of timber cladding to better reflect the alpine setting.
