This proposed development comprises a 6-storey hard edge podium which presents to both Burnley Street and Palmer Street.  

A modern contemporary architectural design has been achieved with the use of a range of building materials and finishes including precast concrete, prefabricated ribbed metal cladding, zinc mental cladding, mesh screening and glazing.

A number of ESD initiatives include cross-ventilation, shared walls, rainwater harvesting, water tanks, and solar panels at roof level.
