This landmark development consisting of a 4 level ski lodge and 8 apartments is located on the prestigious Breathtaker Rd only metres from the main Bourke Street ski slope. This complex is a unique combination of precast concrete panel walls clad with timber weatherboards thereby creating a highly insulated and acoustically rated structure.

With hipped dormer roofs, articulated snow guards, delicately shaped fenestration, natural rock fireplaces and timber weatherboards this unique building is at the pinnacle of design in the alpine region.
