Evora

Evora in Balwyn is a multi residential development consisting of 58 1,2 and 3 bedroom apartments and 7 two storey townhouses with 117 car spaces over two semi basement levels. This project responds to a particular contemporary desire for a variety of housing types in an evolving precinct. The mix of dwellings have been designed to tier along the natural slope to maximize solar access, cross ventilation and distant views.

Three distinct building forms are arrayed across the site with private courtyards interspersed with articulated densely landscaped pedestrian access ways to create ‘breathing’ corridors through the site
