We have undertaken a fresh and innovative approach to the refurbishment of a tired and outdated
suburban shopping centre in south east Queensland.

Expanding from an existing Development Approval, Zagame Corporation alongside Pellicano Group
have embraced our vision in assisting achieve their brief in achieving a vibrant and active shopping precinct
within the growing area of Jimboomba.

Logan City Council have been collaborative in the evolution of the design process – which addresses the critical strategic objectives of their planning requirements.
