Kooroora

The Kooroora site is located in the heart of the Mt Buller Village Square & currently houses the iconic Kooroora Hotel Pub & Staff Accommodation.

The project seeks to propose a new multi level mixed use development including commercial, retail, apartments, backpacker accommodation & basement carparking. The proposal will incorporate ideas from the Mt Buller Masterplan by improved facilities to re-engage an active frontage to the Village Square & address opportunities for active frontages to The Avenue & eastern boundary. The new Kooroora will breathe new life into the Village providing new links & connections together with reinvigorating the public realm.

The development plans are currently lodged for a planning permit.
