Princeton Rise

This project marks one of the first multi-town house developments undertaken by MAB Corp - creating a new suburb to Melbourne’s north.

Five alternate townhouse typologies are distributed throughout the site addressing the land’s unique
location between parkland and a new town centre. This stage is currently under construction
and will yield 55 dwellings when completed. This contemporary housing development comfortably complements the emerging villagescape in the area.
